This page summarises in English how we use cookies on the Wioska El Bombo website. The full privacy policy, with the controller’s details and all your rights, is in Polish: Polityka prywatności. In case of doubt, the Polish version prevails.
Controller
The data controller is Tamara Olko Torrealba El Bombo hiszpański dla dzieci, NIP: 6772323580, REGON: 385205034, ul. Salwatorska 22/P, 30-117 Kraków. Contact: [email protected], phone 600283026.
Essential cookies
The website remembers your cookie choice (in your browser’s storage, for 6 months).
Google Ads and Meta Pixel ads (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, we turn on:
- Google Ads (Google tag): Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC;
- Meta Pixel: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
What they are. Advertisers’ scripts and cookies that record that your visit came from one of our ads and that you did something important to us: clicked “Book a visit” (going to Bliskoedu), signed up for the open day, or clicked our phone number or email.
What for. To measure how well our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram work and to improve them. This does not tell us your name or contact details; Google and Meta may link it to your account on their services, under their own rules.
Legal basis. Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). It is voluntary: if you click “Reject”, the website works the same and no Google Ads or Meta cookies are stored (Google may only receive anonymous, cookieless signals – the so-called consent mode).
How long they last. We remember your choice for 6 months. Google Ads cookies (e.g. _gcl_au) last up to 90 days and other Google advertising cookies up to 13 months; the Meta Pixel cookie (_fbp) lasts up to 90 days.
How to withdraw consent. At any time, click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page and choose “Reject”. From then on we no longer send events to Google Ads or Meta. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Data may be transferred outside the EEA (Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., in the USA) on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Other external elements
- Google Maps: the map only loads when you click “Show the map”.
- Links to Facebook and Instagram: these lead to our profiles on Meta’s services.
You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) by writing to [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
